Charles Leroy (Roy) Parker was born on November 27, 1899 and studied fine art at the Chicago Art Institute.
In the mid 1930’s he started working for Advertising Posters in Chicago, which was the main producer of backglasses for the pinball industry.
Roy did artwork for Gottlieb and many other pinball manufactures, including Chicago Coin, Genco, Keeney, and Marvel.
Roy died on December 18, 1965.
